Artist Residency Project

In 2018, Muse Salentine decided to broaden the scope of their activities to include an Artist Residency project. From candidatures submitted to a prestigious professional jury, a young artist will be selected each year to work during a full month in Salento. His/her work will be exhibited at the Palazzo Sangiovanni for the first time before the concert and dinner for the supporting members and maecenas and then will be visible during the summer edition.

Augustin Delloye : Artist in residence in 2018

Belgian painter AUGUSTIN DELLOYE (born 1987) had his first exhibition, Midnight Marauder, in the contemporary art space Island, in Brussels in 2016. The following year he showed Persona Rose in Brussels’ Stems Gallery. In 2018 he exhibited some of his work in New York during the Independent Art Fair. He lives and works in Brussels.
